The Basement Doctor met all of my needs and was forthcoming in all transactions with me.

Nadine was responsive and answered my questions

Jeff did a great job and followed through on all promises.

The crew was professional and anticipated our needs. They went above and beyond and answered every question. They also suggested solutions to issues I would not have thought of. They worked hard every day and were very polite and courteous.I cannot say enough good things about Brent and his crew!

They did miss sweeping and mopping two rooms but overall the clean up was good.
