Comment: Our basement is mostly dry except for two problem areas.
The first appears to be a leak in a corner of the foundation. The leak allows water to flow to a finished area of the basement and is causing a small (5'x5') area of wet carpet. Drywall does not appear to be affected.
The second is minor seepage in a side unfinished storage room. No water on the floor but the wall blocks are damp.
