We have a spot in the basment that gets water at various times. Doesn't seem to be related to rain or interior water use. Water is not around the edges of exterior wall, but seems to be coming up through the floor unter n interior wall. There is a drain nearby. We need an evaluation to see where the water is coming from. We expect either hydrostatic pressure, or the basement drainpipe broken. We need to find the source so problem can be mitigated.
