In some cases homes can become rotted because of the moisture slowly seeping in after heavy rains. That moisture slowly evaporates into the space and causes mold growth, and dry rot on the wood joists, sill, and beams. In this project, the Vesta team installed new sill plates, rim joists and joists to help make sure the home is resting properly on the foundation wall.
The owner's of this Midwest City home were experiencing unlevel floors and the doors inside of the home were not shutting correctly. They reached out to Vesta Foundation Solutions to come solve their problem.
Our Design Specialist, Josh Nation, went out and gave a free estimate. His conclusion was that the crawl space would need SmartJacks and a Supplemental Beam. With everything set in motion, our Vesta production team came to the home and started the project.
The Supplemental Beam was installed to support the load bearing walls. The SmartJacks were installed, which lifted the unlevel floors back to their original position.
The Vesta team was able to repair this Midwest City driveway with our fast, cost effective, and noninvasive products. The team used our polylevel system to lift the slabs and level out the driveway. After the driveway was level the team used Nexus pro to seal the driveway and prevent any water or debris from penetrating the treated areas.
Commonly the slab portions of your porch have brick walls installed on top of the concrete. These can be lifted using POLY level foam injection and permanently support your porch and roof.
PolyLevel Foam has many uses. We use it specifically to stabilize and lift uneven concrete however, it can be used to lift foundation walls, stem walls, and short retaining walls like this one in Midwest City, OK
