This family was concerned about their homes front porch. The porch was settling and cracking on one side causing it to separate from the support column. The family was worried that the porch would continue to get worse so they reached out to us. Our inspector Preston Minnich went out to the home and recommend poly level as a solution for the porch. The family was eager to move forward with the job. Our Poly crew was able to lift and level the porch, closing the majority of the gapping between the porch and support column.
The Vesta team was able to repair this driveway in about three hours saving the customer thousands of dollars when compared to jackhammering up the driveway and pouring new flatwork.
This porch had settled over the course of several years. This homeowner was ready to sell their home but a home inspector noticed the sinking slab and recognized it as a tripping hazard. The Vesta Foundation solutions came in on a Saturday just in time for closing and was able to get everything back in order.
These Oklahoma City homeowners were experiencing concrete issues. Their back porch was sinking due to their dog digging out the dirt from underneath the porch. This large void caused the porch to sink significantly. After doing research, they decided to give Vesta Foundation Solutions a call.
Our System Design Specialist, Josh Nation, went and evaluated the situation. His conclusion was that they would need PolyLevel to lift and raise the porch to its original position. Now that there was a plan, Jeff Peck and his production team got started on the job.
The PolyLevel injection is cost-effective and noninvasive. Team Vesta was able to lift the porch back to its original position with ease and no complications.
Our production team lifted and leveled the corner of this driveways slab, the area had sunk down approximately an inch.
After the lift, we applied Nexus Pro to the area to seal the cracks and joints. The Nexus Pro system contracts and retracts as the slab swells and shrinks to help avoid peeling or tearing.
Once the area is sealed it will prevent moisture from entering the area and causing any further damage!
