  Issue was dirt floor, no insulation, warm moist air wet all the time, mold always a concern. A google search and Advanced Basement Systems came up with the best rating. Called the office and an appointment was booked with Nick. The Inspector came out, inspected the crawlspace, mapped out the project on the spot including a price and gave some options. Initially a partial job was selected, further discussion and sample of product reveled a better option and a complete job was chosen. The use of the material sample provided the homeowner a better sense of the security the job would be done right. Notice the floors are warmer and expect this to translate into energy savings and home comfort improvement.   Very knowledgeable and efficient. Just the way I like it, no surprises. This was the second time I've used Omni's service. Both jobs were done to specs, on time, cleanup was thorough and I got exactly what Pete promised me I'd be getting. The site foreman kept me informed of their progress and all issues I needed to be aware of at the end of each day. The 3 downspout extensions and sump pump discharge work was started and completed in four hours during a steady heavy downpour. I figured they'd stop working but they didn't. They kept working during the rain until the work was done. They were soaked to the core. What more could a customer ask for? Great experience from a great crew. What I did find was this crew enjoys working for Pete. That tells me what Omni is all about. I wouldn't think twice about hiring Omni again.
