What made you choose our company:

I had previously called Advanced Basement to install a battery backup sump pump after reading all the good reviews about your company. This year after my maintenance check-up on my sump pump, my technician Joel noticed that I had some wall cracks in the basement which had been leaking. Joel convinced me that I should have the wall cracks repaired in order to avoid further damage. Truthfully, I had been reluctant to have the repairs done because I was concerned about the amount of cement dust which might migrate throughout the house when the basement floor had to be broken up in spots to effect the repairs. I needn't have worried. Joel did an excellent job keeping the dust down. He put down drop sheets in my hallway to keep from tracking dirt through the house on his way to the basement. He did an excellent job on my 3 wall cracks and everything was neat and tidy when he left. He also installed a new sealed cover for my sump pump which looks great. The wall cracks are repaired and I know I will not have to worry about water seeping in the next time we have a heavy rain. Thank you, Joel. Great work.
