Karen scheduled the initial appointment for us with attachments that she sent by email introducing the company ABS. Tara was very polite on the phone in that she moved up our initial date due to a cancellation and we were glad to accommodate.

Sam Finlayson arrived on time and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns before, during & after the presentation. Also before the installation he said if we thought of something we could call him on his cell and he will be happy to assist.

Justin & Nolan were excellent. They called from the road to say they were on there way. There were very polite. Had all the drop cloths to protect the carpeting on the stairs and leading into the furnace room. We were so pleased with the end result and the workmanship.

They left the area spotless.
