The comments below explain my wonderful experience with the staff who represent the company and it's all been great.
I believe the lady's name was Michelle. She was very efficient, friendly, professional and helpful.
My experience with office staff can be seen by my comments above re Michelle. That says it all.
I was very impressed with Garrett St. Pierre. His professionalism and humour added to the mix. He patiently explained the process to me and answered all my questions with patience and understanding. He answered me with further details as needed. He made me laugh when he described what would happen to my toilet and myself if I did not replace the plumbing. I also enjoyed his presentation re the process to resolve my crawlspace issues.
Justin, Bert and Sean were very professional and efficient. They were also very friendly. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.They were also very polite and worked very efficiently and quickly.
Justin, Bert and Sean did a better cleanup that I could have done. I had offered to do the cleanup myself but they insisted that they would take care of it. They even took the items removed from the crawl space with them.

I saw the ad on TV. My best friend sent me an email stating the Advanced Basement Systems is rated as the best in Ontario/Canada.
