Phil has been with Omni since 2019 and he brings a diversified background that includes sales and marketing, loss prevention, finance, hospitality, and education management. He ran a management consultancy in China for over 8 years, crafting sales, performance management, and organizational change strategies for multinational teams in a variety of industries. He is also an experienced entrepreneur, having launched businesses in both Canada and China. He currently owns an indoor paintball facility, where he spends much of his time outside of Omni.
He loves tackling unusual challenges and helping people build solutions to overwhelming problems. Phil is happy to be part of the Omni team because of the company's commitment to providing the best solutions, rather than simply selling products. He also finds it fulfilling to develop solutions that make tangible improvements in peoples' lives. Always objective and conscious of practicality, Phil brings a wealth of experience and mindfulness to every project he engages.
Phil has a passion for history, and both taught and developed university courses in History while in China. He loves spending time with his family, traveling, and cigars.
