this is a perfect example of a undersized pump with a float that can get hung up on anything in the pit.
The first step is to open the concrete flor and expose the gravel bed.
THE floor is opened up and the sump liner is set in place. it is important to install the liner so that the lid is flush with the floor.
Expect some dust. we cover stored items as best as we can
There is an engineered base for the Smartjacks. it starts with a hole below the floor which is 2'x2'x2' hole. The hole is then filled with fresh gravel which is tamped down every few inches. THe 1'x1' plate is set on top of the gravel.
After the system is installed, the floor is restored.
