Multiple calls were needed to ensure I received a receipt for our down payment. I didn't hear from your company until 2 weeks after I paid 30 percent.

Keith was very nice when he came to do our estimate. He went through the entire process of how the system would work. My only complaint I have is that we realized AFTER the work was completed that our electrical is not sufficient enough to power the equipment. I wish we were made aware of the amperage needed to run the equipment. Now we need to hire an electrician. It would have made more sense to get the electrician in first before the waterproofing. We called Keith about this and he sincerely apologized which we appreciate.

George Urtuna and his crew were amazing! Very kind and work very hard. We love the basement, they did such an amazing job! I hope they took pictures so you can see the job they did. They work well as a team and it was nice to see them laugh and joke around with each other. Easy to talk to and very considerate! Thanks, George and team:)
