Job review from Lorne And Mary in Arthur, ON N0G 1AO on 10/15/18

After work was done and about a week later when we started putting things away in the root cellar we found a fuzzy apple core and a water bottle half full of urine. This really was unpleasant and I would have let workers use my bathroom. Other than this it was agood experience.

Very polite and answered all my questions.

I worried that I was asking to many Questions and taking up to much of Daves' time but he assured me and my husband that it was all right . Seemed very knowledgeable about the product, the only thing he missed was to bring a sample piece of wall covering we may have liked to see. He was very patient . Assured us several times that we were not taking up too much of his time with our many questions. polite and answered my questions

Seemed to work well together and finished (in my estimation) a lot of work in just 4 days. Ryan kept thing going with minimal complaint and the use of his manners was nice to hear. Ryan showed me respect, answering even the smallest of questions. I really liked that each crew member told me their name and shook hands on the way into our house the first day. I admit I only remember some of their names. Worked well together (in my estimation)and got a lot of work done in just 4 days. It was nice that each person shook my hand and told me their names as they came in the first day.

Except for the apple core and water bottle of urine we found in root celler behind shelving ,our basement was probably cleaner than when the crew started.
