Keith was great. Quick to respond to phone calls and questions that we had. Felt like there was a little bit of a disconnect between what we were told the job would look like and what actually happened. Ie. Keith told us we could install the sump pump under the stairs and out of the way. When the foreman came to take a look he suggested that it should go on the other side of the house to help save the pump. We understand that the foreman has a better of idea of what will work practically - but it would have been nice to have the sales pitch match the actual work a little more closely.
Your installation crew was absolutely amazing. Your foreman deserves a bonus. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with all the work that was done. Even when faced with some challenges in our basement especially with the stairs. He was a miracle worker with an obstacle that I didn't think they would be able to fix. He kept us updated every step of the way, and when we had concerns he went out of his way to address them. Cannot say enough good things about the foreman we had and his crew!
Overall great job - a molly maid would have been nice to go behind them and clean up the dust ;)

To be honest it was your professionalism in handling the quoting process and the quick response times that made us decide to go with your company. We typically only let people work on our house that we know personally or have been referred to us by people we know well. So I was nervous to just go based on a google search and looking at the online feedback on the company. We were so impressed with the services. The foreman was incredible and did an amazing job! We will sleep well tonight knowing that our basement is waterproofed!
