Your admin staff in the initial scheduling the appointment was great. However, the admin staff with whom I had contact the day of the install (they called me at 7:45 am to tell me they would not be there at the 9am start time but could not tell me when) and the day after when I requested help finding the customer ID number to make payment. These two ladies were the real letdown in this process. They were aloof and inattentive and even rude. All other services were excellent.
Dave Rademaker was professional and honest. It was a five star experience.
