Had very minimal contact with the office personel but they were always helpful and friendly.
The salesperson was professional and knew their stuff. The problem was diagnosed quickly and several options were offered including different grades of pumps, phased installation to accommodate costs, etc. There was no sales pressure and detailed product information was left with us so we could do our own research after the meeting. No extras were added to the quote during the work and everything played out as described by the salesperson.
The installation crew showed up a little before the specified time every day so were ready to go at "start time". I was invited down to inspect the progress between various steps and was given a detailed explanation of the products, their use and maintenance as well as details on the installation process.
Using a jackhammer in a closed-in space like a basement for a day and mixing/pouring many bags of concrete is not a clean process and my basement was just as clean when they left as when they started. Some clean-up was performed at the end of each day asl well.
