Every person I dealt with was professional and courteous. The work crew put in a full day's work, everyone, everyday. I was especially impressed with Mike who went out of his way to make sure I understood the process and answered all questions. I appreciate the very quick response and resolution to my concerns about a couple broken panes of glass and the call back and repair of a crack in the cement.

Very pleasant, polite, professional, hard workers. Kept me informed of every step. I really appreciated the walk through every morning and at the end of each work day. And the opportunity to ask question after question. Appreciated when Mike (crew leader) liaised with the electrician to ensure the electrical work was correctly done.

The clean-up in the basement was as good as the crew could make it. Even with the furnace off every day during work, the living areas of the house were covered in dust and had to be cleaned every evening with a thorough cleaning of all surfaces after work was finished. Understandable with the type of work being done but before the crew left the basement was cleaned of all debris and swept.
