Comment: During heavy rains or snow melting we have water in one corner of the basement. It was "repaired" about 6 years ago. Also, we get water coming up from hole in the floor. I believe we have a low water table. Old open hole cement pipe fills up with water and stays in the basement washroom until it drains to ?? Needs to be seen to figure out what to do.
