Water Build-Up in Garage; Vancouver, WA

Customer called for water seepage from concrete garage walls

Gladstone, OR Basement Taking on Water

This wet basement needed two sump pumps installed along with the WaterGuard system and ThermalDry Basement Walls. The two SuperSumps will work together to pump out the water channeled to them from the WaterGuard system. The ThermalDry wall system helps protect against water vapors and channels any high wall water leaks or seepage into the WaterGuard system, it also reflects heat back into the basement and makes it more comfortable. With this system, this homeowner's basement will stay dry for years to come.

Water in the Basement - Gladstone, OR

This homes basement had frequent water issues. The homeowners kept sandbags on hand to line around the basement to slow the water down. After doing this for a while, they were in need of a real solution. For this they called up John's Waterproofing. We installed a full interior drainage system, Sump pump, and Dehumidifier. The water all now collects in the drain-line, is gravity fed to the pump and sent safely away from the home!

Waterproofing System Installed in Foster, OR

We came out to this home and replaced the current waterproofing system they had that just wasn't cutting it. We installed WaterGuard, CleanSpace Basement Wall System, TripleSafe Sump pump and an UltraSump Back up Battery. Ensuring this homeowner that their basement will stay dry for years to come!

Relocating the Electrical Meter - Scotts Mills, OR

This store needed to have their electrical meter moved from one side of the building to another. We sent out an electrician who reviewed the changes that the owners wanted made, and submitted the proposal for PGE to approve of. Once we had permission we got to work. The the new electrical meter was installed in the new location, hooking up all power aspects to the new meter. We then removed the old power pole as it would no longer be needed.
