The homeowners just had their vapor barrier replaced by another company, however, their old insulation was never addressed. They had hoped changing the barrier would eliminate the moldy smell under their home, however, it didn't. The mold was festering under the old insulation. To help we removed all of the old insulation, brought in a mold remediation company, and then fully encased the crawlspace.
This crawlspace was wet, dirty and inhospitable, but our team was geared up for the challenge. They cleaned and encapsulated the space and made it dry and healthy to provide cleaner air for the homeowner.
