This customer called us because every time there was a heavy rain water would leak into the basement and leave puddles on their floor. We installed our patented WaterGuard system and BrightWall paneling making it a dry living space.
This homes basement had been finished, but water was leaking through the walls. Along the floor a dampness was felt, and this was discovered on the lowest sections of the drywall as well. The homeowners pulled off a section of the drywall and discovered the fiberglass in the walls had some mildew growing. It was holding onto that moisture and just slowly leaking down. To address this issue we went in and removed the rest of the drywall and fiberglass insulation. We then installed a full interior perimeter waterproofing system with a sump pump to collect water and send it away from the home. On the walls we installed our ThermalDry radiant vapor barrier. This will provide a thermal break as well as act as a vapor barrier to safely guide the moisture from the wall down to the new drain system. We then refinished the walls. Now the space is usable once again and protected against water damage.
The customer wanted basement waterproofed and wall panels installed to finish the basement completely
Water was intruding into the basement when it rains, which was destroying the tenters property that they were storing down there. The management jumped on the problem and called us, for a complete Basement Finishing System. Which included a TripleSafe Sump pump and Brightwall Paneling to hide the WaterGuard system that was collecting the water.
Water had been leaking thru this basement wall and causing damage to the partially finished basement. We had to tear down the wall due to water damage; we installed specifically designed basement paneling that fits with our WaterGuard system to properly drain water that comes in and drain it to the sump pump to remove the water. Now they can enjoy a dry basement and not have to worry about their belongings being ruined due to water and moisture collecting in the basement.
