The customer had concerns about animals crawling into space and destroying insulation and electrical wiring
This crawl space had a moisture problem that caused some mold. Our crew went out and did a two-step process of MoldX2 and we encapsulated the crawl space. We installed a TripleSafe sump pump to help pump out the high flow of water in the crawl space. The crew put in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help control moisture. The dehumidifier also filters out mold spores, dust mites, and other allergens. The homeowner was very pleased with the job and had great relief that his home was protected for years to come from water issues.
Louise called because she knew the vapor barrier needed to be replaced in her home before she could put it on the market. Vincent wrote her out a proposal to not only change out her torn vapor barrier but also to remove the existing debris, and install a sump pump and perimeter drain to ensure Louise would not deal with water damage in the future.
This homes crawlspace had falling insulation and the old vapor barrier was chewed through. To properly insulate and deter critters from entering this space, the homeowners opted to have a full crawlspace encapsulation.
The homeowners were looking for a useful storage area that they could easily access. They wanted to use their crawlspace, but it was a muddy mess when the rain hit, to add storage to their home, they waterproofed the crawlspace and now have a safe place to store items and they can be worry free about water damage under their home.
