When I called to schedule an estimate for sump pumps the representative was very pleasant.
Daniel Mitchell is an outstanding representative for your company. He was thorough in evaluating my needs. Everything was explained clearly and all my questions were answered. He could not say enough good things about John's Waterproofing and the products your company uses. Very professional!
Harry and Tyler were super and very hard working even in 90+ degrees weather. They were very courteous.
Extremely satisfied with how Harry and Tyler took care in lining my carpet and their cleanup when job was finished.

John's Waterproofing was highly recommended by friends. Daniel Mitchell represented your company well. He spent time thoroughly evaluating my needs and answered all my questions so, I can make a decision. He gave me an estimate and scheduled a date for the job on the spot. With other companies I had to wait couple of weeks for an estimate appointment, another couple of weeks to get an estimate and then wait for a job date. Sometimes, they don't even have the courtesy to call back. What a waste of my time!
