After my experience was expressed to my representative, Joe Smith, everything was handled excellently and in a timely manner.
My rep was accommodating.
If it wasn't for Joe Smith, I never would have given Terra Firma another job and definitely would not have recommended them to anyone.
This is only a 4 because of the first crew.
The last crew that came out - Mason was the foreman- were extremely mindful andl left my home very clean. they went above and beyond - thank you!

What made you choose our company:
My realtor recommended your company to me for foundation repair and my experience with Joe Smith was A1 from the start. I went with Terra Firma because of it's reputation. I did have a rocky star with the company but Joe stepped in and made sure the service and quality I received was up to par from a company with such a stellar reputation. And that was indeed what I got. He is a definite asset to Terra Firma - so much so, I even booked an additional major service with the company! I would also like to send a well deserved shout out to Mason, BJ and Travis. These guys were awesome. I had no worries whatsoever when they completed the job(s). Thank you!
