Since we have several streams running under our property, every time we got rain our cellar was very wet and damp. After having Waterproofing Specialties put in their system our basement is now completely dry. Even the water that came up through cracks in the concrete floor has been eliminated. We also had them install a vapor barrier on the walls and now there is no more musty odor or dampness.

1. Eliminate water; "yes, completely." 2. Usable space; "yes we now use the whole basement." 3. Satisfied with work; "yes, very wonderful job--it has been over a year now and we have not had any problems." We would recommend this service because it really works. We had problems at other homes in Bradford and did it the old way drains, using paint on walls on the outside and inside and none of these solutions worked.

Very glad we made that phone call after seeing the ad in the paper. Mr. Pura came and told us our problem. Next day they installed our SaniDry Air System dehumidifier and now we no longer have that damp odor and it has stopped mildew from forming. The unit is easy to maintain. We now use the rec room more often than before. Great investment.
