I have contacted Waterproofing Specialties two times, Once an extensive jog at my mothers house and once a smaller job at my house.  Both times they fully explained the problems and discussed their plan to solve it.  They started each job when they said they would and finished on time.  All workers were polite and professional.  They left the job site in good clean condition and it complrtely solved the water issue in both homes.

I was so happy with the waterproofing of my basement. It was a wet season and the water didn’t come in. The walls in my laundry room are much more attractive than the cement block.

My home was damp and my basement always wet until Waterproofing Specialties waterproofed the basement. There were signs of mold and dampness upstairs in the bedrooms. I really didn’t think there was anything anybody could do about it. When Waterproofing Specialties looked at the basement and said that they could fix the problem, I was really surprised. It didn’t take them long to make my basement dry and nice to look at. I could even carpet the floor now if I wanted to and it would never get wet. I haven’t had a drop of water in there since the waterproofing was done a year ago. Than you Waterproofing Specialties for getting rid of the dampness, water, and mold. You did a great job!

Every time it rained, streams of water ran through the basement of our 100 year old house. But no more! We haven’t seen a drop since. Waterproofing Specialties installed a perimeter waterproofing system.

After 9 years of small amounts of water sneaking into our basement from various parts of the hill the home is built into, the 3 or 4 days it took to install the basement system was shocking. I could not believe it only took a few days to completely eradicate that annoying water!  It has been bone dry ever since!  If we had not sold it, we would have put up the Bright Walls, and created a work-out room in there. The new owners are probably putting in a second kitchen area.
