This finished basement wall was showing signs of mold growth. The homeowner cut a section of the drywall to expose where the issue was coming from. Upon the wall removal, the homeowner noticed a wall crack that was trickling water. This wall crack was allowing water to come through, causing the water damage and mold growth.
This Slatington, PA customer had water coming into her basement causing a lot of water damage to the walls and steps. Water flowed through the soil through the hill, causing water damage to their living space. That same water flow caused inward pressure on the foundation wall, and was beginning to bow in.
