Hi Anita, I have a message of praise!  THANK GOD FOR ANITA!  The power was off here for 27 hours a few days ago, and the sump pump was running about every 20 minutes and because of the battery back-up that you had connected up, my basement was still COMPLETELY DRY!!! Anita- I'm just calling to give you a testimonial! Yesterday, I was working outside when I heard my sump pump discharge some water... I thought that odd because the pump hadn't been running lately- there had been no rain.  Then I heard it run again, and a few minutes later again. I went to the basement and checked the inspection port in the WaterGuard piping system we had you install in 2007- there was water in it.  Then I heard water running- my 2 yr old water heater had "blown" and looked like a pretty water fountain, spewing water over the top and down the sides.  The FLOOD RING and floor drain that you installed around the water heater which feeds into the WaterGuard system was catching all the water and sending it straight to the sump to be pumped outside.  My basement stayed totally dry!!!  FLOOD RING SAVED THE DAY!!!   Thank you!!! PS: The Mechanical company guys that came to replace the water heater were amazed at your waterproofing system- they will be referring your company everywhere!  Thank you again!
