Cleanup was satisfactory. At this time we are extremely pleased with the vapor barrier and dehumidifier. The real test will come when we have damp/wet weather conditions.

I was impressed with how helpful the staff was. They always did what they said they would do. Alex Rogers is a real pro. He explained the process and gave me a book on solutions to water problems. After seeing the book on basements, I did not contact any other company.

I had a difficult time finding someone to work on my crawlspace. Two companies never got back with me after their initial inspection. The rep was excellent. I felt like you knew what to do. We had french drains and gutters installed in past and were told that would solve the problem, but did not. I will keep you in mind if any of my neighbors ask. We all have water issues.
