The driveway in front of this home settled a couple inches, creating a trip hazard and an area for water to pool after heavy rains. Cantey Foundation Specialists used PolyLevel® to turn the sunken sidewalk into a safe, level surface.

Marc and Michelle live in a quiet neighborhood in Beech Island, SC. They love to spend time outside, tending to their garden and walking whenever the weather is nice. This change, however, when they saw that their driveway had settled due to a void underneath the concrete slab. Marc and Michelle didn’t like the idea of something disrupting their days together like that so they decided to get help. After the inspection, Jerod explained to the couple that Cantey patented PolyLevel process was the solution they were looking for. PolyLevel works by combining iso and resin and injecting this mixture underneath the slab. This combination then expands and hardens, lifting the slab. Team Leader Roberto and Team Member Nick came out to Marc and Michelle’s home and completed the project. Afterward, Michelle said how happy she was that their driveway was complete again. Marc simply said that he was happy that they could walk again without having to look at it anymore. Now they can go back to the daily routine knowing Cantey did the job right.
