Sister Joist Saves Bathroom in Greenville, SC

Tracey H. is a homeowner in Greenville, SC who has had an issue with her bathroom for some time now. The floor has begun to sink and she's worried that she might fall through or someone else might get hurt. She decided to call Cantey Foundation Specialists for a free inspection of her home. Specialist Katherine Dillon came out to Tracey's home and quickly found that her problem was in the wooden joist support underneath her bathroom. This wooden beam had been severely rotted and was in danger of collapsing. This was a serious issue that needed to be taken care of immediately, Katherine explained to Tracey that Cantey could fix it by replacing the existing wood and reinforcing it with additional wood beams for added support. Team Leader Junior, Team Member Francisco, Team Member Joseph, and Team Member Robert all were dispatched to Tracey's home to complete the Job. They moved quickly to install the beams and support Tracey's bathroom to prevent any further damage. Now Tracey can rest easy knowing that her bathroom floor is secure and that Cantey did the job right.

PolyLevel Restores Church Safe Haven in Greenville, SC

Pat P. is among the management team at a church in Greenville, SC where unlevel sidewalks have created a hazard for everyone including children that attend the school there. Pat describes the church as a safe haven for the community but the concern of these sidewalks have been bothersome. There have been many complaints about this trip hazard, and the church does not want anyone getting hurt. Pat saw a truck with Cantey Foundation Specialists' logo on it one morning on her way to work. She gave them a call, and System Design Specialist Alexander Lovette came out to inspect the sidewalks around the church. After his inspection, he explained to Pat that he believed the solution to their problem was Cantey's PolyLevel system that would lift the sidewalk as well as create a stable foundation underneath. Alexander described that the crew would drill dime-sized holes into the concrete and then inject the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk which would fill any voids to create lift. Production Team Leader TJ Harden and Production Team Member Jeremey Wilson came out and successfully injected the sidewalks around the church. Pat and the management team now have the peace of mind that their safe haven has been fully restored.

Easley, SC Home's Foundation Fixed for Future Generations

Estelle M. of Easley, SC inherited her mother's home many years ago, and now Estelle would like to leave the house for the third generation to inherit: her son Tom.  Worried that the front porch is going to fall in, Estelle decided to fix the problem before it became her son Tom's problem.  After seeing Cantey's commercial on TV, Estelle decided to call and receive her free inspection and estimate on her home.  Specialist Nathan Bailey visited a few days later and inspected her home, and he had the solution for her front porch.  He suggested that we connect brackets to the two corners of her front porch, and then drive two helical piers into the ground until it reached steady bedrock.  This would lift the porch back into place, and support it for many generations to come.  Now, Estelle can confidently leave the home to her son without any fears!
