The joists in this crawl space of this home in Augusta GA, had serious wood rot, which contained termites and mold. Mildred P. is a homeowner in Lake City, SC. Mildred and her family live in a quiet neighborhood where their kids can play freely and the can enjoy walks in the morning. Team Leader Matt, Team Member Robert, and Team Member David came out to Mildred home and efficiently installed the Smart Jacks. After the work, Mildred was so happy that her home was level again. She couldn’t believe how much better it felt to walk over. Now Mildred and her family can go back to enjoying their home knowing Cantey did the job right.

Homeowner Scott R. from Moncks Corner, SC has loved his home for the past 5 years however, he and his wife have chosen to downsize. They began to worry about the value of their home when Scott looked into the crawl space and found a great deal of water. Scott had previously had a pump installed however, it was clearly not doing what it was supposed to do. Grayson made an in-depth inspection of the crawl space and decided on a plan that would best suit Scott's needs. Grayson suggested to Scott that they install a SmartSump system that has a 3-year manufacturers warranty that would be transferable to the next homeowner. This pump, when installed, would effectively remove the water from the crawl space to create a dryer area and prevent any further moisture from creating additional problems to the home. Homeowners Eddie and Lisa F. of Cattageville, SC have recently started to notice visible sagging in the floor of one room in their home. Eddie consulted the help of another company to fix the floor; however, he was not satisfied with their service. Complaining to his neighbor about not being able to find the right people to help, they suggested Cantey Foundation Specialists. Eddie gave Cantey a call, and Specialist Grayson Forehand came out to do a free inspection. After conducting a proper inspection, Specialist Grayson explained to Eddie that he needed his floor joist replaced because they were too rotten to create a structurally sound floor. Specialist Grayson also suggested that Eddie plan to install CleanSpace after the wood work was complete to prevent any further moisture damage to his floors. Production Team Leader Matt Garcia, Production Team Member David Herbert, and Production Team Member Nick Riddick came out to Eddie's home and successfully removed the rotten wood and replaced that with a new floor joist. Eddie and Lisa are now enjoying the new floor in their home and have plans to work again with Cantey to get CleanSpace installed.
