Gracie K. noticed several cracks above her living room doorway in her Ravenel, SC home.  After patching and repainting the cracks, Gracie noticed that a few weeks later the cracks would reappear and were becoming larger in size.  Knowing that she must be having a foundation issue, she called Cantey Foundation Specialists for a free inspection and estimate.  Specialist Kendall Moore explained to Gracie that the cracks were becoming larger because the floor was not correctly supported.  By installing our SmartJack crawl space jack solution, we could lift and stabilize the floors back into place.  This would ultimately close the cracks in the living room doorway, and permanently stabilize her floor.

After the work was complete Gracie told Specialist Kendall, "I knew it worked because I have repainted over the closed crack, and I haven't noticed any movement since!"

Holly H. is a homeowner in Ravenel, SC who desperately needed something done with her crawl space. The moisture underneath her home was very intense. Rebecca T. is a homeowner in Awendaw, SC. Rebecca has as issue with her driveway. Her driveway has begun to settle. This has caused a steep bump to appear and it’s causing Rebecca a lot of stress and worry. She is worried that her kids will be playing one day and trip and hurt themselves. She decided to call Cantey Foundation Specialists after hearing an advertisement on the radio. Specialist Alex Lovette came out to Rebecca’s home for a free inspection. After the inspection Alex explained to her that the solution she was looking for was Cantey’s patented PolyLevel process. PolyLevel is a process in which a polyurethane is injected underneath the concrete and it expands and hardens effectively stabilizing and leveling sunken slabs.  Team Leader Roberto and Team Leader Nick came out to Rebecca’s home and made efficient work of the project. Afterwards, Rebecca exclaimed, “It’s amazing how level it is now, it’s like nothing ever happened in the first place.” Now Rebecca can relax knowing that Cantey did the job right.

This is a home in North Charleston that had an old vapor barrier that over time came up and now they were noticing dust and musty smells in their home.
