Although the work took longer than anticipated, the company stood behind everything that was promised by our Account Manager, and the team kept us informed of the rescheduling. John Chavis is a gem. He brought in all additional players for options, he listened and made sure the work was completed as promised. Cantey Foundation Specialists provided us with options during the proposal process.

We were very impressed by Daniel, the Crew Leader and Stephen, the Foreman. They arrived on time, kept us informed throughout the job and conducted professional work. John Chavis, the Planner/Estimator, did a great job assessing and planning the scope of work. Mike Miles, the Project Leader was always available to answer questions. We had some problems that cropped up a year after installation, and they were left to Wes to fix. He was wonderful and a credit to your organization. We really appreciate the way he saw the job through the correct way and made sure we were happy with the changes. He "rescued" a once unhappy customer and made sure everything was done right.
