This customer in Lebanon, TN called Frontier after some big storms came through and flooded their basement. As soon as the water was out, we got to work with a waterproofing system. For this customer, we recommended a DryTrak® Monolithic Floor Drain. As a baseboard drainage system, DryTrak® installs above the floor and along the inside perimeter of the basement. If you have a monolithic foundation, meaning that your floor and footing were poured as one piece, this is the only drainage system that's appropriate. We finished the project with a TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry Sedona, IceGuard drainage, and a LawnScape system to drain any water out of the basement. 

Having a water intrusion problem for the 7 years that this family have lived in the home they have been thinking of having the problem fixed for a while.

With their plans to make the basement into a living space it was important to resolve it quickly as the area has received as much as 5 gallons of water during heavy rains.

The CleanSpace wall system is a 12 mil thick reinforced plastic liner, drilled in with permanent fasters, to stop water vapor and drain wall leaks.
