Basement Waterproofing

One of our customers decided to install our closed cell spray foam insullation to prevent air leaks and reduced their energy bills!

This Kentucky family was having issues with excessive water and moisture in their crawl space. Their soil ground was completely soaked in water making it hard for the family to store anything in their basement. The excessive moisture caused the wood beams to weaken and that in turn caused interior cracks in the living quarters from the - flooring. 

We installed our waterproofing system to solve their problems! 
The products installed: WaterGuard, IceGuard, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and TrenchDrain

Our foundation fix: SmartJacks to lift and stabilize the sinking floors. 

The family has since taken back their space and no longer have to worry about their foundation failing on them!

WaterGuard: The WaterGuard has been installed and its job is to collect the water from the walls and surface. As you can see, after it is installed the product is barely visible!

IceGuard: will ensure your space will never flood from frozen discharge lines, due to the perforated tops that will release trapped water.

LawnScape Outlet: has a removable top and is green to better camouflage into surrounding grass.

TripleSafe Sump Pump: Our TripleSafe Pump has a three-pump system that adjusts automatically to meet pumping requirements and can pump 2,600 gallons of water per hour.

The owner of this Hopkinsville, KY home was unhappy with their wet basement. They called us out to complete a free inspection of their basement and offer our recommendations. We suggested our basement waterproofing system with WaterGuard drainage tracks along the perimeter of the basement. The homeowner decided to move forward with this option. This system moves water away from the home's walls into a TripleSafe sump pump, keeping the basement dry for years.
