This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier to address issues with flooding in his basement. To fix the issue we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, with a TrenchDrain. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. To keep any water discharge away from the structure we installed a LawnScape Outlet. We also added a TripleSafe Complete pump system and CleanSpace on the walls. These products will greatly reduce the chance of flooding or water intrusion issues again. 

The Everlast crawl space door is the final step to the encapsulation process.  This door is meant to control what goes on in and out of your crawl space. Too often, a crawl space door is simply cut from a piece of plywood and secured loosely over the crawl space opening with hinges or screws.  As you can see from the photos, this is exactly what the crawl space door was before the homeowners got an Everlast door.  Needless to say, no more bugs or moisture in their crawlspace.

This customer in Nashville, TN had a water intrusion issue in their basement. Once the water issue was resolved, to prevent the basement from further or future water intrusion they decided to go with Frontier Basement and Crawlspace Repair for a basement waterproofing system. 

This system included installing a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery and CleanSpace wall liner on walls up to 4 feet high. This customer in Nashville, TN decided to have his basement waterproofed. We added our TripleSafe® sump pump and our WaterGurd® Lining around the bottom of the basement interior to capture water from the walls, floor, or air and lead it out of the basement with a discharge line to the exterior of the home, away from the structure.
