The homeowner called us out to his basement to see if we could correct the prior work. Upon completing his free basement inspection, we met with the homeowner and suggested our WaterGuard basement waterproofing system with a TripleSafe sump pump. This system includes a TripleSafe Sump Pump, a Trench Drain with WaterGuard installed around the entire interior perimeter, Cleanspace Walls, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a LawnScape system with IceGuard to lead any water or moisture collected out of the basement and into the yard. The IceGuard will protect the water line from freezing in the winter and the LawnScape is flush with the lawn and buried so there will be no issues with landscaping around it.
