This customer in Murfreesboro, TN had a full basement encapsulation service done by us in 2010. We come out yearly for service calls to make sure everything is running smoothly. Since it's been 13 years, it was time to replace one of the pumps in the sump pump, and add a new Sanidry Sedona and stand for it. This customer came to us with high radon levels in their home, which can be extremely toxic for their family. We encapsulated their crawlspace and placed our Radon System to control and keep the radon levels down!

Most, if not all crawl spaces have an outside door entryway. Most of which are wood.  We all know what happens to wood after it has been exposed to the elements. That's right, it starts to rot! letting moisture, bugs, and air in your crawl space. which leads to mold, and other unwanted issues for you. 

The solution... The Everlast Door!! A snug-fitting, all-plastic door that won't wrap, or need painting, and the bugs won't eat, stops air and moisture from entering. The door is secured by Knobs that screw into anchors in the wall, drawing the door tight against the weather-stripping to seal off the outside air.

This weak pedestal pump is no match in keeping this crawl space dry against our Super Sump system. Our pump quietly moves 2,650 gallons of water per hour with a lid to prevent bugs and other debris from falling in and clogging the system. It's easy on the eyes too!
