In addition to our Clean Space vapor barrier, we also need to use our Smart Jacks to stabalize the flooring system and distribute the weight of the house evenly! 

An important part of our crawl space encapsulation is our Sump Pumps! We install these to pump the water in the crawl space up and away from the house! 

We installed out SuperSump in this customer's crawlspace to help prevent water from seeping into their crawlspace!

This family has lived in their home for over 25 years. They have been dealing with a leaky basement for years as well as thinking about fixing it for a few years. He just wants the whole basement dry ALL of the time. Controlling the mold, keeping the home healthy, and the home staying in the family for generations was important. They had other assessments in the past but did not feel comfortable with the suggestions. Finally with a permanent solution the family was ready to fix the problem once and for all.

This customer in Lafayette, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system after drilling weeping holes in the concrete block walls, we also added a TrenchDrain for the entrance. We added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull moisture out of the air and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump any water out through the drainage lines if it does get in. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. These products will greatly reduce the chance of water intrusion issues.
