This customer in Waverly, TN was having moisture issues in his crawl space and his basement. To mitigate the issue, we installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard System, CleanSpace Wall liner as well as IceGuard and a LawnScape System to drain the water out of the home into the yard and away from the structure. This customer in Mayfield, KY was concerned with flooding in his basement and all the destruction that comes with it. We came out to install a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. Includes 3 CleanPump stands, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, 2 IceGuards, LawnScape Outlet, and WaterWatch alarm system. 

Our sump pump systems include the following features:

• WaterWatch® Alarm: Sounds off to let you know if water has risen past the point where the pumps should have turned on.
• SuperLiner Sump Liner: Large enough to keep your sump pump working properly without turning on and off repeatedly, but not so large that your liner goes too deep, making your sump pump wear out prematurely as it pumps out unnecessary water.

We came in and installed TripleSafe Sump Pump system with a SaniDry Dehumidifier as well as a new SunHouse Window Well Enclosure. We demoed the old basement wells, and installed a drainage system for the sump pump to connect with a LawnScape system to drain all the water into the yard. This customer will no longer need to worry about excessive moisture in their basement.
