The EverLast Door is made of 1/2" thick solid polyethylene so it will never rot or need paint. The existing old door frame has been removed and a new pressure treated frame has been installed. The new door is installed on the frame with
rustproof hardware and is weatner-stripped to seal off outside air and dry the crawl space, saving the maximum on heating and cooling bills.

A basement home in Nashville set up as an apartment was struggling to stay dry, especially after heavy rains. A sump pump had previously been installed, left, and forgotten.
