Just had my basement serviced at my residence in Clarksville, TN. My service tech called me 40 minutes before he arrived promptly at exactly the appointed time. He then explained what he was going to do, and noticed that water was “pooling” in my front yard due to the sump pump drain and recommended that I extend it out for improved drainage. He serviced the pump, and dehumidifier, ensuring proper operation and changing filters, ensured that the encapsulated system was still intact and also recommended that I remove the underfloor insulation as it could collect moisture and potentially mold. I agreed to purchasing the drain extension service, but will defer the insulation removal for now. I am overall very pleased with our service techs work. His attitude was very professional and helpful and he explained everything plainly and had all of his paperwork completed. He was very thorough and left me with estimates on the additional work he recommended, and as of now, I’m waiting on a call from Frontier to schedule the drain extension work that our service tech will probably complete. Our service tech was definitely a great representative for Frontier Basement Systems and I am more than satisfied with his work.
