To whom it may concern: I had the foundation on my house repaired the week of November 12th 2012, by Frontier Basement Systems. The Foreman on the job was Jesus, and the salesman was Ben Flowers. I wanted to share with you what a great experience the professionalism of your employees was for me. As you can imagine, having a ten thousand dollar repair on your home can be stressful. However, from the beginning Ben was very knowledgeable, answered my questions very clearly and confidently, and made me feel reassured about the amount of work that needed to be done. This was the deciding factor for choosing your company for the job. I had met with a salesman from Olshan Foundation Repair as well, and honestly, that is who I was leaning toward based on reputation. However, the Olshan salesman would not give me a straight answer on the cost of the job and gave very vague answers all around, he was even impatient and condescending when I asked for clarification on points I was not clear on. Ben Flowers was a better salesman hands down, even after the job was finished, Ben was very patient and helpful in answering some questions I had regarding the final charges on the bill I didn't understand. Ben fully explained the charges to my complete satisfaction. The foreman, Jesus, was also very professional. Timeliness was great, he and his crew were here everyday when he said they would be, and they finished when he said they would. Jesus explained the extra work that needed to be done to my satisfaction and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. The whole work crew were respectful of my time and my property. Overall, I feel your employees provided a great service and it was a good experience.   The experience was great. I felt like Mark addressed the concern without going overboard on other items that could be done (there is no shortage of those) but focused on my concern and how to fix that properly--even breaking out two options and differences which I greatly appreciate. I will definitely use Frontier when we determine the best time to do this.  

Fernando and the guys did an excellent job! They were very polite and easy to work with. Showed up rain or shine and got the job done! We have a very low clearance crawl space and they handled it with ease and no complaints. You should’ve seen all the buckets of rocks they manually carried under the house. These guys know how to work. Thank you guys! Will be requesting this team to work on our new house :-)

My job has just been completed and I wanted to tell you that the foreman, Fernando was efficient, concerned about my satisfaction and was very helpful in explaining the installation of a sump pump and supports used on my foundation. He even took me on a tour under my house (at my request, he did offer pictures). The crew including Benji, Adolfo and Luis were polite and very helpful if I had questions.The work was done efficiently and quickly. There was no mess to clean up. I was even loaned a pump for two weeks to pump water out of my crawl space as ground water had turned my crawl space into a swimming pool!All in all, an excellent experience.Thank you all."

My foreman and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. All crew members were curious and professional during the entire installation of the pier and smart jack assembly. The foreman explained that access to the home was needed for him to come and go as needed so he could direct his crew in the crawl space. I had absolutely no problems with this job or the crew.

I am very pleased with what was done at my house.  My foreman and his crew did such great work.  They kept me up with all they were doing.  They would ask me to step out from time to time to show me what they were going to do and explain how it worked.  I so appreciated it!  I would and I will recommend Frontier to anyone and everyone.
