Master Services recently assisted a homeowner in Kingsport, TN, who was dealing with frequent water intrusion in their crawlspace, causing mold to develop on the wooden joists. To resolve the problem, our team installed a full-wall vapor barrier and our WaterGuard® Drainage System. This innovative system channels water from the walls to the crawlspace's lowest point, where our efficient sump pump system collects and expels the water outside. This effective solution not only reduced crawlspace clutter but also significantly improved the home's overall air quality.

We were contacted by the owner of a floral shop in Sneedville, TN about a leak in the building's basement. There was almost continuous water coming inside, raising fears about mold and wall damage.
