This home had settled causing several cracks in the foundation and brick. We installed 10 Push Piers to bring it up to level and help close the gaps in the brick.
We installed 14 push piers at this structure in Midvale, Utah. There was a severe separation between some of the walls around the structure. The wall and roofline also had a separation. Our crew worked three days pushing piers up to 20 feet into the soils below to achieve stability.
Severe foundation settlement caused large stair step cracks in this commercial building located in Midvale, Utah. There was severe wall and roof separation. We installed 14 piers on the interior of the building to lift and stabilize a sinking foundation. Our crew excavated the foundation footer and partially removed it to install the pier in the proper position. Once the piers were in place, the building was lifted back to stability and gaps in the brick of the stair step cracks closed.
Our customer's concrete leading to the front stairs had sunk several inches. We were able to level it with PolyLevel injection foam
