from start to finish, everyone you interact with are wonderfull to deal with
chad roberts was my sales rep. he came to my home and took the time to figure out what would best help my situation, he was very informative and just overall a great guy to work with!!!!!
Top notch very hard working crew. All were great to interact with. The foreman kept me up to speed with everything that was going on, he was great to work with!! All of these guys are the example of being a hard worker!!

CHAD ROBERTS system design specialist is the main reason I choose your company. I had 3 other companies come out and give me quotes within days of each other. but my decision was made up even before Chad left my home, he is very informative and he didn't make me feel like he just wanted to sell me something and take my money, after all, I had just lost a lot in my homes flood, I didn't need a salesman, I needed a solution to prevent my house from flooding out again, and CHAD ROBERTS WAS THE MAN WHO HAD THE BEST SOLUTION FOR ME, THANK YOU TO CHAD AND THE WHOLE NORTHERN BASEMENT TEAM, THANKS FOR GIVING ME MY HOME BACK!!!!!!!!
