Good job explaining what would done and what products would be used. Also told me outside people I would need to assist, such as an electrician for sump pump hook up, plumber to disconnect old sump pump, and furnace person to disconnect feed from furnace to oil tank. I liked that there were no surprises.

Explained procedure and answered all questions before starting job. Did a walk through when the job was done and responded well to questions and suggestions.
