Overall pleased with the process, project and timing. We do wish that someone explained before the crew came that they would not grade, level or channel the sand in our basement before putting down the waterproofing. As a result our basement footing is very lumpy and uneven. This concerns us a little in terms of possible tearing of the ClearSpace material. Had we known that ahead of time, we'd have had it graded before they crew came.

The basement is now very lumpy and uneven. Had we known they wouldn't do that, we would have had it done ahead of time.
Good crew. Worked hard to answer our questions and took the time to do so. Friendly. Conscientious. Happy the head crewman explained the 11 month maintenance checks of the sump pump. Hard workers.
They did a nice job on clean-up.
