Comment: We need to have our basement waterproofed (we get ground water seeping in when the rains are heavy) and a new sump pump system (ours has failed for both recent flooding events).

Comment: Basement with some water with heavy rain and what we think is black mold.

Comment: I have a below grade foundation that occasionally leaks when the ground water is high. I would like to explore options to capture and convey the water and install a sump pump. Looking to see if someone is willing to come take a look and give me a quote on potential fixes.

Comment: Mold assessment and review to understand if it is feasible to successfully renovate our basement room. Want to understand calculated risk of possible future water damage, how to mitigate odor etc.

Comment: I have an old chimney clean-out port and exhaust port, both of which are no longer used after the install of a new furnace. They go right through the concrete foundation. They leak when it rains, and I'd like to determine how they could best be completely sealed off. Thanks

Comment: This triplex home is under contract currently- we are the buyers. The sellers disclosed wet basement and drainage issues, and these seem to be the primary concern of the house. We want to resolve the drainage issues on the outside, and the wet basement issues on the inside as well.

Comment: We recently purchased our house. Twice this summer we have had water in our finished basement, plus it seems to just always be damp. The first flood was on memorial day weekend and we ended up with about 18 inches of water in the basement. On the 3rd of July, we were hit again and had 31 inches of water. We'd love to be able to finish the basement again, but we would need to make sure that it would stay dry this time.
